DESIGN PARTNERSHIPS


The growing desire for  custom interiors has created unique opportunities for us in the area of custom framing, both interior design in corporate interiors and also home interiors. We have developed strategic partnerships with area interior design companies and architect firms.
As an added service, we provide references to our clients, referring them to one of our design partners. We do our best to recommend a partner who best meets the design style our client is looking to create.

Design Partnership Discount and Referral Commission Statement

 

Design Partnership Commission

The Design Partnership Commission program allows a designer 20% commission of the profit from the particular sale. The commission does not include commission on sales tax or labor costs of Pickwick Underground Framing. Upon paid status of the customer’s final bill, a Design Partnership Commission check will be written to thin design firm, artist or photographer.

 

Designer Discount

The “Designer Discount” is a program that allows designers, professional photographers and artists a 15% discount on their personal custom framing. The discount does not include a discount on tax and labor costs of Pickwick Underground Framing.

 

Referral Commission

A “referral “ is considered a situation in which a customer purchases custom framing services and /or materials without designer or artist assistance and the employees of Pickwick Underground Framing provide all design and framing selection assistance.


Referral Commissions is 10% of total sale of customer’s final bill with the following exemptions in place.  The Referral Commission does not include commission on sales tax or labor costs of Pickwick Underground Framing. Upon paid status of the customer’s final bill, a “referral commission check” will be written to the design firm, artist or photographer.
